What do I do if my Canvas says “none” under Wi-Fi?

When this occurs, try restarting your Wi-Fi. Wave down on the Canvas to pull up the Canvas menu and Wave down to Wi-Fi and right to select it. Next, wave right to select ‘Restart Wi-Fi’. Check the status after a minute.

If it is still not working, try starting a local network. This can be done by waving down on the Canvas to pull up the Canvas info and then waving down to Wi-Fi and right to select it. Next, wave down to ‘Start local network’ and wave right to select it. Wait 30 seconds and then wave down on the Canvas to pull up the Canvas menu, wave down to Wi-Fi and right to select it. Then wave right to select ‘Restart Wi-Fi’. Next, power off the Canvas and power it back on, and it should work from there.
