What are your return and exchange policies?

We accept returns on all products bought through meural.com, no questions asked, up to 30 days after your Canvas arrives. Just email us at support@meural.com and we'll take care of it.

If your Canvas comes damaged, we will offer to fix it for up to a year after it arrives. If we aren’t able to fix your Canvas, we will refund your purchase or exchange it for a working Canvas.

Other retailers selling the Meural Canvas may have differing policies around returns and replacements, and it's best to consult them directly.
